Michael Ferrara
Michael recently joined RAPT after a successful corporate career that spanned over 24 years in MedTech to apply his expertise in strategic marketing, business development, pricing, and M&A to help a broad range of businesses maximize their value.
His career began in the family-owned business specializing in custom-engineered refrigeration systems, where he managed projects from conceptual design through full-scale production. Raised with an entrepreneurial mindset, Michael has firsthand experience in ownership and the responsibilities of running a small business.
Michael holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University and an MBA in Marketing & Finance. A former college pitcher, he leverages the principles of precision, preparation, and smart execution to help businesses maximize value, prepare for sale, or explore acquisitions.
He and Angelo enjoy a collaborative working relationship that blends complementary strengths, ensuring clients receive empathetic guidance and practical strategies tailored to their unique goals.
